Lenders and Servicers
Service Provider Compliance provides all Lenders Types, and others entities involved in Mortgage Lending, Buying and Selling and Servicing, with a single platform for compliance, risk mitigation and vendor management and selection on multiple categories of Service Providers: Lenders can:
(1) Search;
(2) Select;
(3) Contract with;
(4) Perform Due Diligence;
(5) Verification of Documentation and Information;
(6) Monitor;
(7) Review Performance and;
(8) Terminate any and all of Third Party Service Providers.
The system is always free for all of your Service Providers and is licensed for use on a monthly subscription basis for basic access.
Auditor Access – Governmental or Private
When it comes time for an audit, you have the ability to grant a temporary and restricted User ID and Password to your auditors to show compliance. You can also print out and or export your Compliance Policies, Due Diligence and other actions in furtherance of Third Party Service Provider Management. Clients can also download at any time, their database of Service Providers as well as all documentation and activity logs to assure that the risk of data loss is non-existent. Security is a priority and we take these matters extremely seriously. Private Exclusionary List Clients can establish their own private exclusionary list on the site which will prevent any connections with certain Service Providers that client has determined it will not work with. Verification of Data and Documents Client can choose to have Service Provider Compliance perform certain verifications and or searches on its behalf pursuant to the End User License Agreement Terms for each service requested.
